Here's what I do, and it has made a huge difference for me.Judgement under a timed environment
But you get your own space. No one is sitting with you, 1:1, inside a room, observing just you, as you make your way through the problems. And this unusual and awkward situation makes a lot of people extremely nervous, making coding interviews even harder for them.Sometimes when you are in urgent need of a candidate coding interviews are extremely good at rejecting unqualified candidates or those not ready for coding interviews. The trade-off is that they will also pass on a few qualified candidates.

Now just because you can solve LeetCode problems doesn't mean that you're going to get a job at one of these companies. It's just a means to get your foot in the door.
Expert programmers may find applying data structures and algorithms to solve problems in different environments challenging. These problems are common in coding interviews, and the inability to apply known algorithms may cause experienced programmers to feel anxious, leading to unsatisfactory performance.
Candidates who fail may be poor programmers or they may simply have not already worked for that particular organization and learned its arcane practices.
Can you fail a coding test and still get hired
It is not very often you fail a test for a company yet still receive an offer of employment. The test is more than the code you write.Leetcode is a good site, It has a fairly extensive list of questions, good editorials and good test-cases. But practicing programming questions might not be enough to prepare for an Interview like Google or Microsoft. You need to have in depth understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures and Design Patterns, etc.Does the programming language you use for coding interviews matter The answer is yes. Most companies let you code in any language you want – the only exception I know being Google, where they only allow candidates to pick from Java, C++, JavaScript or Python for their algorithmic coding interviews.
Blind 75 offers a solid foundation with essential LeetCode problems, but NeetCode 150 expands this palette, covering a wider array of patterns and topics. Both of these resources guide you from basic structures to complex algorithms.
Is LeetCode enough for FAANG : FANG companies have a very tough screening process so only Leetcode can never be enough. Being expert on problem solving, data structure and design is good enough. Leetcode is good platform to learn medium to high complex problem solving.
Is grind 75 enough : It's important to note that while the Blind 75 list is a great resource, successful interview preparation also includes understanding the underlying concepts, practicing problem-solving strategies, and being able to explain your thought process clearly during an interview.

It's not because they're not smart enough or because programming is too hard. It's because they don't know how to use the most powerful tool at their disposal — the almighty search engine.
Do 70% of coding jobs have nothing to do with technology : Recent studies show that around 70% of coding jobs have nothing to do with technology at all. That's right, you or your child could learn to program and apply this knowledge to topics completely separate from technology – like nature studies, geography research, and film and design.
